The most expensive student housing available, these apartments come in combinations of 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. A neighbourhood of terraced homes that are primarily for renters. Large sections of this neighbourhood are made up of young professionals and small families, especially those who cannot afford to own their own home. Some of the older homes are shabby and fallen into disrepair, while others are modern and full of amenities. Rental prices are reflected accordingly. A gated neighbourhood that is situated a five minute walk from the Renaissance Mall and with easy access to public transportation. A selection of four different homes awaits on Bridgehampton Drive, where each street boasts identical homes with manicured lawns on medium sized lots. A lovely gated community that boasts large open lots and a variety of homes. Every home in this neighbourhood is unique to the resident, so sizes and upgrades will vary.
